This includes the inviolability of the individual and the preservation of family privacy, where applicable. This is the key condition for the measures intended to prevent violations of rights.

7. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

7.1. The Operator bears full responsibility for protecting the safety of personal data and the individual’s privacy. Even before sending information to another state, the Operator must ensure that the protection conditions in the foreign state meet the necessary criteria.
